Camping Fan

Good Morning all,

I’m still waiting on your thoughts about what kind of campground is your favorite, so I figure I will give you mine!

And my answer is: it depends!

If we are just going camping for a weekend and it’s just the four of us then I would probably opt for a privately owned campground with lots of activities and amenities. This would keep the kids occupied and allow my wife and I to rest and relax a little bit.

If we are going camping with another family or two then I might opt for the state type of campground. This campground is much more bare bones with no amenities except maybe a fishing pond but since there will be other kids around my kids usually have just as much fun.

As far as the real survivalist type of camping, that I pretty much reserve for when I go hiking with one or two friends only.
